To keep things sweet and simple we do not currently offer customization of our Curated Collections. We pride ourselves in using the prettiest seasonal blooms hand-selected for each order. If you would prefer a customized floral design, please contact us here for our Custom Event Florals.

Our inspiration images reflect the color palette, style, composition, approximate size and overall feel of the proposed designs. Flowers in these exact colors, varieties and combinations are not always pictured and will have seasonal variations and creative additions making your order unique to your Event.

Any and all additions must be requested no later than 14 days before your scheduled date for Pick Up.

You may cancel an individual item for a refund no less than 14 days before your scheduled date for Pick Up, as long as your subtotal (before tax) remains above our $1000.00 minimum. You may cancel an entire order for a refund no less than 30 days before your scheduled date for Pick Up. Cancellation requests after the above-listed timeframes will not be accepted and the Client will incur full charges.

Currently we do not offer Delivery or Setup on location for our Curated Collections. If you would prefer our Full Service Custom Event option with Delivery and Setup on location, please contact us here for our Custom Event Florals.

Your florals will be packaged for easy transport with a release form and care instructions provided. Please schedule your date and time frame for Pick Up during our checkout process. Our Studio address for pick up is: 1805 N Fox Hunter Road, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701. We currently offer Pick Up Monday - Friday of each week unless the date is unavailable. Pick Up is not available on Saturday or Sunday. If you need to make any changes to your scheduled Pick Up please contact us directly at fleurishnwa@gmail.com or 479.409.1832 and we will make accommodations if possible, although cannot be guaranteed.

Upon Pick Up from Fleurish Floral Studio, care instructions will be provided and should be followed to keep florals in excellent condition. Fleurish Floral Studio is not responsible for the care and condition of floral arrangements once Pick Up from our Studio is completed. A Release Form will be provided for Client Signature upon Pick Up.

Any arrangement vessels provided (other than glass vases for Bouquets) are rented from and are sole property of Fleurish Floral Studio. These are provided on a rental basis only and are due back to our Studio within 36 hours of the Date of the Event. Any loss or damage of these rented items is the responsibility of the Client and will result in additional fees for the cost of replacement.
